This means that we have a lot of very ornate and beautiful churches in our Capital city, some very old, some rather new, some of them a part of UNESCO’S World Heritage Sites, but all of them very beautiful. Here is a list of churches that have a lot to offer to visitors, even ones who are not religious, or have no knowledge of Christianity, as these buildings are just marvellous and inspiring to see.

Every year the good people over at the BKK (the transportation authority of Budapest) decorate some of their trams in Christmas lights, making a beautifully lit tram that light up the tramways in these dark Budapest winters. These trams are completely covered in Christmas lights on the outside to wrap the tram in light.

Vadasapark, which has on display animals from their natural habitat in their natural habitat; this means that only indigenous and previously indigenous animals are on display in a usually outdoor location. These establishments are somewhere halfway between a conservation home or national park and a zoo; the animals are outdoors in partitioned environments and are on display and can be viewed, but they are also in the woods or prairies where they live.
